They want to amaze tr00 and kvlt teenagers who became "metal" via the internet and keep on rambling about their fascination about old-school death metal like there's no tomorrow.

I have nothing against either Pantera or Dimebag, I love both. But seriously, why signature guitars? I mean, what if Trey walk up on stage with a Kramer Van Halen-signature. It just wouldn't feel RIGHT.

To be honest, I don't really like the looks of the Dimebag guitars.

Vogg can pull them off and has been for years, but I do agree that a very small minority can play that guitar without it looking shit.

That's not very nice.

But seriously, look, don't you agree that Dean is trying to milk it too much? I think it's cool that they made a couple of models in his honor but they are really going overboard.

I like some of them and I would even consider to get some of them if I played guitar.

He never played the razorback. He approved the shape but was killed before he got to play it.

He did play he stealth shape but back then it was build by washburn.

Yeah you're right. My guess is that both his family and Dean are making a good living out of this.

They are gonna launch a Dimebag line of amp now :frown:

Like Uni said, I think both Dean guitars and Dime's wife get the profit.

I personaly don't like the ML shape or the shape of Razorback ML. But I do like the looks of both V-models and I also do like the playing abilities of V's.

What you have to keep in mind is the fact that they whored the fuck out of his merchandise even before he died. By all accounts, and by video I've seen of him playing the shit he came out with before he died, he liked the new shit better. At least with the Krank amp, I have a reasonable suspicion that it's going to sound pretty nifty if you hook up the right guitar.
