Jul 21 White Rabbit San Antonio, Texas

The White Rabbit is a total shithole, and I have no idea how this show landed there. To my recollection, there's only enough room on the stage for one set of gear at a time. Pass.

on tours like this they usually share drum kits and just change up the symbols or what have you between bands.

Cymbals. :brushteeth:

The venue is really, really small with iffy sound. The closest thing to "backstage" is the gravel lot behind the building and between a fence dividing the place from another property. There's also like two toilets, total, in the entire place. I remain dumbfounded.

probably not, i didn't really read all the bands listed, i'd like to see the faceless though.

the first summer slaughter i went to in 2008 was awesome, 2009 took a turn for the worse and this years lineup is even worse.

DECAPITATED, THE FACELESS, THE RED CHORD , CEPHALIC CARNAGE, DECREPIT BIRTH, ANIMALS AS LEADERS, are worth seeing.

only ones I could do without are ALL SHALL PERISH, VEIL OF MAYA, CARNIFEX, VITAL REMAINS

seems reasonable enough. tickets will only be like $20 too which is a plus. the only that sucks this year is the closest dates are 5 hours (Atlanta) and 7 hours (Ft Lauderdale) away. last year I only had to drive 2.5 hours to Jacksonville which i don't quite understand why they didn't get it this year, the theater it was in held over a thousand and was nearly filled to capacity.
