i like Heretic
the only bad thing about it is the production. the guitars sound like trey was using a goddamn dod death metal pedal. everything else is right on par, though

My first ever show before I knew what an internet message board was. Morbid Angel supporting Motorhead on the Gateways/Hammered tour.
This is getting almost as bad as Axl and Chinese Democracy ;p

do the 'insider' folks know if Pete did any drums tracking for the new album?
or will it all be Tim?

my first band mate actually had a poster from this tour but for motorhead. we didn't even know who morbid angel were and their logo was on his wall for years before we discovered them. kind of funny

Maybe it'll be like Arch Enemy's Stigmata where Peter Wildoer did all but one, and Daniel Erlandsson came back to do the lead track, Beast of Man. I would assume Pete laid down some tracks by now. You might see a split album credit, unless they want consistency. In that case, Tim might rerecord existing tracks with his own touches. Who knows? Certainly not me.

I was a huge MA fan by this time even though I had 0.0 metal friends :(
I was also a big Motorhead fan. I only had one compilation of theirs but I had worn that fucker out! It was a phenominal night and I couldn't hear for a weak thanks to Motorhead.
