Newer bands who are "metal-adjacent" that you enjoy

I feel like Heilung, Perturbator, & Carpenter Brut are some really obvious ones - but what else you got?

I couldn't get into some of the afformentioned bands from the op. Although, I am getting better at it. Wardruna is some easy listening. Good gateway band for the "odd" instruments as well.

Hallas. I guess Flight also, but their earlier albums were metal or at least proto-metal.
