I work with a few people who like country and even they hate what the genre has become. A lot of them refuse to listen to anything that’s been put out in the last 20 years.

Growing up my grandfather listened to old school country. Which there's some nostalgia and artists I don't mind if it pops on. But it's been garbage as a whole genre since at least the mid gloryhole era .
