Re: New Dying Fetus track
As an old fart, I now highly appreciate bands who stick to the sound that they do well than trying to experiment, 'expand their musical horizons', 'trying new things' and all that self-righteous crap.

i don't think novelty for its own sake is worth much, but i have a much dimmer view of the output of bands that coast on releasing the same album every couple years for decades on end. but hey, there's far worse ways to make a living

Re: New Dying Fetus track
I think there is something to be said of bands who just phone it in (ie: the ac/dc formula) vs bands who are just down right consistent.
You always know a Dying Fetus song when you hear it, but it also doesn’t sound like all their others songs.
