They’ll never top their earlier works, but I will say the band as a whole sounds waaaaaaasy better then they did a decade ago. Flo is still the master.

nothing after once was not has really sounded like cryptopsy to me. modern digital sounding production took away a lot of mood. the new stuff is perfectly fine death metal but it's been a different band for a long time now featuring drums by flo :krinor:

i saw them with lord worm which was fun, it was a metalcore fest and they headlined the first day, very few people, second night full for BMTH and this was like 2006
