I cut back severely after new years too. Mine was fully intentional though. I spent May-Novemeber in a drunken stupor and started scaling it back in December.

I've only been out maybe 5 or 6 times since NYE.

i am a lot more sensitive to the aftereffects than i used to be and i'm also trying to burn off all the fat i put back on in shitass 2025. which mostly came from upping my alcool intake during the latter 75% of the year

I enjoyed a couple of beers last night. I limit things these days, the feeling of being drunk is not enjoyable as I get older
