it is done. all is complete. for the car's first journey, i took my sister to the indian grocery store on the other side of town and bought 2kg of goat meat

pleased to report my goat curry is only improving thanks to the purchase of a slow cooker, the gas stove here is just too hot, even on the lowest burner and lowest setting

I always tell folks that if they must buy a luxury car, get a Lexus. It really is the only luxury car brand worth spending money on today. And don't buy brand new, find a top trim with little mileage on it. There will always a repossessed luxury car out there that some dumbass single mom bought from the dealership thinking she could afford the monthly payments.

Correct. It's the maintenance on mercedes that is absurd. The things got so many bells and whistles and shit crammed in everywhere. It takes forever just to access/diag somethings. Of course the parts aren't cheap either once something does break.

I have a buddy that bought a brand new 2022 Mercedes E-class. After around 5,000 kms, the car wouldn't start. He had to call (and pay for) towing just to get it to the dealership's repair shop. Turns out one of the fuel injection sensors was malfunctioning.
