Are these something you jam on a weekly basis? if so what kind and what kind of sauces or dressings do you use?

not on a weekly basis, but i make all my own pasta/noodles and that shit is so clutch. usually just a basic homemade red sauce or pesto for pasta

also developing a full scratch ramen repertoire, almost got a good foundation complete, should have the full soup/tare/noodles/chashu spread ready to rip in a week or so

Rice is a staple served almost daily

I do noodles or pasta weekly

I cook for two folks who are gluten sensitive so my noodles/pasta have to be creative

Rice: brown rice or basmati unless i need a short grain then i use a korean rice from my asian market like tonight to serve with the sundubu-jjigae (soft tofu soup)
Noodles: my fave are udon but I mostly do siba since buckwheat is naturally gluten free. I do rice noodles and konjac noodles as well
Pasta: gluten free wheat or chickpea if for myself i prefer whole wheat pasta

Rice and noodles almost everyday.

Not a big pasta fan mostly mainly because I've had too much of it in my younger years. I mean, I'd still eat whatever free pasta dish that's given to me but I won't go out of my way to consider eating at an Italian restaurant. The fact that most pizza/pasta/Italian cuisine restaurants here are almost always packed with little to no available parking spaces definitely helps with my perception on pasta.
