New mattress time. Anyone had any experiences with a bed in a box?



Thinking about ordering one off Amazon, been reading reviews

Probably about 7 years or so I got one of the fancy memory foam ones like this (don’t recall the brand). To this day it is still one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on - I’ll never buy a box spring mattress again. It took about two days to fully decompress but once it did the thing was about 2 feet thick.

i like firm futons. but i haven't had my own mattress since 2021, just been on whatever the rentals provide
