i'm watching anaal nathrakh's live set right now and that drummer is struggling

i didn't realize that was the drummer for akercocke. his double bass was pretty bad during this set

At least in that mix, it's the clicky drum triggers that stand out the most in his sound. You can barely hear his snare when he does skank or blast beats.

the clicky triggers can sound fine but if you're sloppy it's just going to make it more noticeable
