i have a recurring dream of running from the cops

the repeat theme of mine in recent months involves wandering through impossible labyrinthine buildings and strange things happen inside of them. but mainly to other people. last night was an exception though, the main thing was finding myself at a celebration and being filled with a sense of dread as i realized i hadn't brought any gifts

but i have very poor recall of dreams in general so i don't tend to retain a lot of the finer details. much to meditate on, in any case

i used to have this kind of dream all the time and what was really weird is that i would revisit the same fictional building. they probably weren't the same but it seemed like it.

yeah it's the same for me, thematically/symbolically they are identical, but take on a slightly different form/appearance in each instance
