Give Butterfly Kisses a look. Not liminal space horror, but It's one of my favourite found footage films.

Finally got around to when evil lurks. Yeah this is best possession movie since exorcist III. Incredible storytelling with amazing gross out gore and twists with surprises throughout. Damn near perfect.

Re: 2023 movie edition
my favourite part was obviously the first 45 minutes, it definitely got shitter the longer it went, it was still evil and good but definitely dwindled

"it was still evil and good but definitely dwindled" is the quintessential kingdoms review

Re: 2023 movie edition
Finally getting around to this now. Similar takeaway. The masks are unnerving and the best part of the film. Cinematography is mint, though.slugbait wrote: ↑29 Jan 2023, 03:42So Infinity Pool was ok. I felt they could've done more with the body double thing. It had moments where it reminded me of Eyes Wide Shut, but I felt like all of the ideas weren't fully fleshed out. I'll have to track down the NC-17 version when it's released to see what was cut for the theatrical release.
