Did you have air conditioning growing up?

For the most part we didn't, I think my parents got central air around 98 (i was like 16), before that was fans, and a gay man's telescope ac unit but that was just the living room

before i turned 18 and moved out of home i had already lived in something like 15 houses and none of them had air conditioning, but my dad's place had it, when he bought a house in 1997ish

also my first two cars did not have air conditioning

nor did the cars my mum had when i was growing up (4 or 5 over those 18 years)

but back then the culture was different, i mean my schools didn't have air con either, no one did, you just went to the beach or stayed home if it was too hot

always. although i've had gay man's telescope units now since around 2013. i am so tired of gay man's telescope units. they do the job but the noise is stupid annoying.
