As a caregiver i used to ho regularly. They aren’t doctors but let me tell you when i had a very bad rib muscle pull the one i went to helped more than my Vicodin did. Combined with recommended stretches and exercises i didn’t have to take off but did have to not lift clients for a month.

My tmj her working it and the stretches she recommended helped that go away as well.

I recommend researching before you choose one and not letting him or her touch your neck (these adjustments are very dangerous if fone wrong) until you feel they are trustworthy. I see them as massage therapists good for muscle and back issues but do I believe you need regulsr adjustments? No i don’t.

There was at least one very famous death it was from the blood vessels being messed up due to a neck adjustment. I only let one adjust my neck she had a sports medicine background and was excellent have not found another good one since moving.
