i have the opportunity to take a monthly rate for a consulting job. currently i am on an hourly rate

the hourly rate is US$30 per hour

the monthly rate will equate to much less

but i will have more security and prestige

I average out around $25-$30 depending on the month. For sure I work a shitload more hours though
