Just been listening to some of his more mellow stuff, and I really love it!

I never really got to listen much of his music because for some reason I don't pay much attention to him.

For a second, I thought you meant the stuff besides on Colma and Electric Tears, because that's all i listen to of his.

as said, Colma and Electric Tears are of the mellow stuff you may dig.

Also his Thanatopsis "Axiology" album has some mellowish tracks, but a bit more rock-jam vibe.

With about 100000000 albums in his discog, i'll give you the must haves in order to get the idea, and not get bored.

This bootleg is pretty cool. noise-hiphop



He also gets mellow on a lot of the dub and world music stuffs, but there's too many ("1 song only") to list, but many of the lists at the bottom of the wiki page are these people (but heaps are also hiphop/experimental)

I don't bother buying anything new of his anymore, as it's all the same. Unless something totally new or more Praxis (like old) comes about, I won't bother.

But if you sard all the above, just get Praxis "Transmutation (Mutatis Mutandis)" & "Transmutation Live" - these were the first albums I got which had him - i got them actually for the bassists (Laswell & Bootsy) and DJ's originally, then fell in love with his git acrobatics!
