Fan-filmed video footage of vocalist Daniel "Mortuus" Rosten of Swedish black metallers MARDUK flipping a fan who managed to make it to the front of the stage and hug the singer during the band's December 6, 2009 performance at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco, California can be viewed below. Mortuus can be seen grabbing the fan by the head, flipping him over his shoulder and towards the front of the stage. (Note: The incident in question occurs around the 1:16 mark.)

arioch had to make a decision on what to do in the span of about 5 seconds - if you notice he puts his arm around the hard-on bearer (I'm assuming he thought it was a roadie or something) and then he realizes its not a roadie so he tosses him off stage. I'm sure the hard-on bearer landing on the monitor wasn't intentional but it's 2009 and after what happened to dimebag, it's hard to say that he was wrong. especially when security was nowhere to be found.

Cause And Effect dictates there will likely be no repercussions. The fan is obviously a fan and may allow his own personal idol worship (or 'well i was a drunk jackass so i deserved it' sentiment) to supersede any inclination to even attempt any feeble legal action and dissuade any sort of retaliatory acts.

Karma, by the way, is an eastern concept that, roughly, states the actions one commits in this life will reflect on what they reincarnate as in the next. There is no proof for reincarnation nor some mystical force causing a man-made sense of justice. Vis-à-vis, karma does not exist.

I would also like to add that it is not very much to just restate your supposed clarity that he knew there was no threat when he realized it was not a member of the overall crew.
