post stupid laws from your state.



heres a few from oklahoma



Oral sex is a misdemeanor and is punishable by one year in jail and a $2,500 fine.



It's statutory rape for a man over 18 to have sex with a female under the age of 18, provided she's a virgin.

If she's not a virgin, it is okay, but the said person must be over 16. If both parties are under 18,

then the law does not apply



It is illegal to have the hind legs of farm animals in your boots.



People who make "ugly faces" at dogs may be fined and/or jailed.



and, my favorite



Whaling is illegal.

Didn't you know? Whaling is a big problem in those land-locked states.

This doesn't apply to a stupid law but seeing whalers reminded me of something:



My first semester of college we had to do presentations on ecological issues one of them was commercial whaling and in all seriousness my partner asked "Commercial whaling, what's that is that where they put whales in commercials or something?"



This is the same sexy leopard elevator who on the day we were supposed to bring a nutrient dense snack brought cheesecake.

There was a law in Florida for a while that men couldn't wear strapless gowns. There was also one in one state where animals couldn't mate within a certain vicinity of a church. I don't think either law is still in effect

Yeah they recently passed it. Basically you can't say anything bad about anyone's god. There's all sorts of loopholes with that one.

North Dakota:



It is illegal to lie down and fall asleep with your shoes on.

A lot of these relgion laws are the west losing their balls to extremists who aren't even a part of the muslim faith. You think it's insane to say it until you look at the timing and the cultural shifts going on in a large part of Europe. Shiriah has NOTHING to do with the qu'ran yet countries like Germany have allowed for it to pass in court (a woman wasn't allowed to leave her abusive husband due to the court being a shiriah court). It's another example of people going overboard and taking things out of context and turning an entire religion into something it probably wasn't meant to be.
