psycho doctor advice for me

so for the past year or so, i've experienced episodes where i enter a train-of-thought-dejavu and literally relive a 10 second experience again. each time it happens, its triggered by something that upon instant retrospect, seems obvious. it happens probably at least every other day. sometimes more than once in a day. its kinda cool, but sometimes it feels like i'm losing my mind.

it is. i'm just curious if anyone knows anything about it. its not that i'm worried, just curious.

I believe that it's to do with either a vitamin deficiency, or receiving vaccines, or some sort of imbalance in your life.



Maybe you feel sometimes you don't live up to your potential?

yah definetely. i drink and smoke too much, and have a history of heavy marijuana use, which is when i kinda think it started. i wanted to be a musician, but wanted an identity, so one time i started hearing music in my head when i smoked pot...like a loud running track of music, i lost myself in it for about 1 month. long story short, i think it caused me to short circuit a bit.

christ, my old roommate's g/f literally followed and believed in that stuff, and tarot cards. i felt embarrassed for her. my roommate was the meth addict.
