Psycroptic.

What was (Ob)Servant like?

I enjoy their previous three cds. Didn't really like Symbols as much as Scepter though.

They have some brilliant tracks. Especially this, one of my favourite DM songs:

Observant was good, on the level of Symbols but not as good as scepter imo. Still had some great tracks. Scepter is a killer album. Skin Coffin. :xx:

I wanted to like them but can't really get into their music They're great musicians and really good live but I'm just not feelin' it.

moving from a garbage disposal back to the dumpster but it’s an improvement nonetheless

I thought you were a big fan of tech dm. IMO Psycroptic are one of the best bands of this type.

I am, but Psycroptic's riffing just sounds really "dry" to me. Going to download all their stuff again and give it a good listen since it's been awhile.

The Haley Brothers are as good a drum/guitar combo as you could want in a band. I think Jay Peppiat is the weak link in the band, however.

Chalky FTW :xx:
