i don't think its a trick. its real art from a non-human animal. this is evolution...and the painting is actually truly beautiful, its not a gimmick, its real fucking art. look at the detail in the flower. that elephant shows signs of genius. this is amazing. this tells me that elephants are extremely intelligent creatures, and also something about a primitive element in art.

I know a hard-on bearer who worked as a tour guide in Nepal were he often took trips with the tourists to elephant habitats, the animals are taught to respond to pulls on their ears, its not a evolutionary step.

and a sidethought, why doesnt the elephant or any other animals for that matter pass the mirror-test create art(the expression of things outside of the primal urges) in the wild without human influence?

you are starting to sound like karmablade[/quote] is that an insult? what does elephants being taught to pull on their ears have to do with the elephant improving a painting? its real i know it is. that you don't know tells me that...you don't know.

i don't know? maybe it thinks its dumb and a waste of time, just a shot in the dark, i dunno. the elephant's painting obviously discloses the fact that elephants are super intelligent? is it that much of a suprise though? the elephant is part of our life. its subject to the same course of what we call evolution.
