Nahh... although awesome as Seven Samurai is, it's not really violent by todays standards, or has sex.

yeah, I was going to say anything from the "Baby Cart" series.

Also the movies that inspired Kill Bill - "Lady Snowblood I & II".



Anything from the 70s in Japanese cinema - always lots of blood, sex and swords.

The best bit is you have 1400's action with 70s funk music haha

although, I might add, most flicks are Samurai flicks.... ninjas are quite rare and my wife tells me they are kind of a 'western invention'.

'Ninjas' were basically Samurai's that were stealth assassins are theives - just quiet & light on their feet, not superhumans
