Due to having incredibly thick long hair (tickles my arse when wet) and I can hardly get a brush through it, this is a problem for me.
I use plenty of conditioner and brush when wet, then don't brush at all till bath time again. Works for me.

I have really fucking long hair and this isn't a problem for me. It does get tangled up though, probably because I don't use conditioner. I brush it once or twice a day.

yup, all of my hair had formed into a bunch of horrible looking dreads, it took 3 hours to finally comb it out.
