apartment acquired

Post by zim »

it's a little rough but i think we scored with this one. $470.00 a month (all utilities included) - school is within walking distance - local park at the end of the road :xx:

That's a little over half of what I paid for my last apartment.

seriously? is $470 per person or the entire rent? I'm living a two-bedroom apartment about that size, maybe a little bigger, and I drop $400-500 on just my fourth

I pay 400€ for a 2-bedroom with utilities, but then again I don't live in a major population center, just a university town. Sounds like a sweet deal zim.

we actually found an efficiency sleeping room for $350 a month but the hard-on bearer wouldn't let two people live in it because of how small it was. :redneck: the only problem i have so far is that there aren't enough power outlets in the bedroom :shakefist:

we should be moving within a week or two, i'm a little nervous. i predict drunk posting in the near future :lummo:

~$600 for a large 1BR in an upscale-ish apartment complex on the nicer side of town.
