Considering Earache's 're-release untill infinity' policy, I'd say it's nothing new.
The back had a lot of titles, more then Altars songs, so probably also the clips and Tales from the sick from BATS are included?

Looking at the photo of the box, I can make out the side of the Altars artwork, so I am going to say that Altars rerererererererelease bonus DVD, yeah.
