a giant sweet potato

some weeks ago i purchased a giant sweet potato at the farmers' market. then i got home and started taking pictures of it with things it was bigger than.

is it bigger than my hand? why, quite.

bigger than a loaf of bread? slightly, but: yes!

bigger than a forearm? you are jesting, good sir

it is bigger than a dog's head, and most of her neck, as well

it is bigger than a cawfee can, and for all practical purposes bigger than a bottle of wine. and it will not fit into the cookie jar.

it was not, however, too big for a knife to quarter it. nor for the oven to roast it

sweet potato goodness
