I like studio vidz :bang:

Reeeally like that you were tracking it the old school way - big sections/whole song, unlike many bands today, which are not able to do more than 1-2 riffs/beats at the time, some even require 1-2 hits/notes at the time!

Btw Tom (and Uni) I suppose that this was drum tracking and Uni was playing scratch guitar along with the drummer, or something else?

:xx:
Yes I was playing along with him for the right vibe. The vid was made with a phone so the audio was so bad you could not hear anything other than cowbell. Indeed we tracked large parts with the occasional punch in/out.

Yeah dude, that's some really good stuff, really original. Is it all instrumental in the final product, or is this just an instrumental demo? Do you guys have a webpage or any other releases?

thanks man.

i can't take too much credit - I've just joined. The material is written by the guitarist and drummer.

the final product will most likely be instrumental, but might have some vocals.

We don't have a vocalist, but some guests have expressed interest in doing vocals.

No webpage yet.

the band used to be Ebolie (all same members except me), which was similar but more grindcore based.

After the singer left due to personality clashes, they opted to break Ebolie up and create more prog based tech metal/grind.

Ebolie had a good run and supported many big death & grind bands (Napalm, Obituary, fruital Truth etc) as well as not so big bands.

you can find Ebolie info on Metalarchives as well as lots of vids on youtube.

The dots in the O's of our logo have do have a meaning. I'll leave in the middle as to what and why. I made that one years ago. It is a coincidence that the font i used in the rest of the design has the dots too.

Overall, the track is quite intresting. It definatly leaves you hungry. I find the arrangement quite hard to comprehend because of the vocals.

Just finished two death metal songs. Aint nothin better than making pieces of separate projects fit together.

One track was written from start to finish in about 3 sittings, with one of my oldest riffs (written when 16, but thought it was too simple then) worked into the outro.

Both have acoustic intros. :greenie:

yeah, check out her work - fucking awesome stuff.

the guitarist just happened to stumble upon some of her work online and he tracked her down & asked her to do our cover.

first commission I've been involved in, it was neat!
