It is a torrent. You open the file with a bit torrent client and it will download the video.

Google uTorrent. Looks like they have a version for Mac. They probably have a tutorial. Anyway once once it's set up you should be able to open my link and get the video.



You may want to do some research on the concept of torrents in general.



I plan to post a few more things and they'll all be torrents.
