Some local instant stir-fried noodles that resemble yakisoba coupled with a rack of pork ribs...that's my idea of a nice aftermath after my activities with the herb.

I like me some cold yogurt with chocolate whey and some dry oatmeal thrown in to make it thick, better than any chocolate pudding I've ever had and it has practically no sugar.
