The first thing to do is nominate team captains. The number of captains is capped at ten (10). After that, you'll have to jockey for position as a second-in-command on your team.

Nominations must be put forward by someone, seconded by someone else, and then accepted by the nominee. You can nominate yourself, but then you have to accept your own nomination after someone else seconds it. THEM'S THE RULES

Also one person can second up to three nominations. After that, get someone else to do your dirty work.

You may NOT second your own nomination. That is illegal

I propose fewer than 10 captains. How about six? That is more than enough to capture the regulars, and let the relatively new people know they need to ingratiate themselves or die in the zombie apocalypse.

As for captains, I nominate Dusty, and I second Devy (1).

Purely because of this, I nominate AOD as captain of Team Incomprehensible. Said team has to contain carpet_salesman and lavaBorn by default.
