I'm so sick of staying up all night, I wish I could go to sleep at 10:00 or 11:00. Instead I go to bed when everyone else is getting up for work. Plus staying up all night drains my energy. I can't sleep.

Get up early and stay awake the whole day, repeat for two or three days and then you'll be so tired that you will fall asleep at 10 pm.

This is what I've done in the past, I plan on doing it sometime after Friday. It's difficult though, staying awake all day the first day is tough.

I really like going to sleep between 10 and 11, then waking up between 6 and 7. But right now I'm sleeping from midnight to around 8/9.

I have shitty sleeping habits. Here pretty soon I'm going to forget what sleeping is even like

Re: Sleeping Habits
Sucks not being able to sleep, just get up early and stay up don't take naps no matter what it's the only way to get back on track.
I sleep pretty alright, like from 1:30 or 2 AM until abour 8:15 if I have early class and 9:30 if I don't have early class

I've been lately going to bed around 4 or 5 am. Even if I do go to bed a whole lot earlier, I still wont sleep until this time.

Re: Sleeping Habits
If you can't sleep, it's because you're not expending enough energy during the day. Go lift weights and work out, shoot some hoops, jam some sports, be outside during the daylight, etc. Take it from me, because normally I used to go to bed at 5:00am.
In fact, the daylight thing is one of the most overlooked causes of sleep disorders. Artificial lighting fucks with your body clock.

this is probably why I can't sleep. i'm pretty lazy and just stay in and sit on the pc or guitar.

Yeah, I'm in the very same boat. I work out and lift, play basketball, go dancing a couple times a week, etc. I've been trying to reprogram myself for the better part of 6 years, and still haven't found a way to do it.
There was one point a couple years ago when I managed to pull an all-nighter and went to sleep by 12am the next day. I was on the right track, and kept it up for a few months, and then something (not sure what) threw me back off.
