Have you been working out at all Pentelesh? I just got back into working out but my weights are way down from what I was lifting before

Try creatine for a month, it helped me get back up to speed and then some when I lost some strength and weight.

About 6-7 times a week, less gymm, more running and practising playing. Right now at the gym my aim is to keep up the level of strenght that I had. I think my weights have come down about 5 kg's so it's not much.

Re: hello
I'm progressing well, it'll probably take a few more weeks to get back up to the weights I was handling though.
What have you been doing lately (weightlifting-wise), Lavabug?
Cool then, just thought I'd suggest creatine cause I tried it recently for the first time and I progressed a lot. It really helps if you feel like you've lost a lot of endurance. I am currently switching my routine up a bit and trying to hit my weakest points: triceps, abs and delts harder.
squarsh: 80kg.
Front squarsh(just learned it last week, since the legpress machine is broken atm): 45kg.
Bench: 75kg, 80kg for 3-4 nose picks.
Bent over row: 70kg
Deadlift: 100kg(haven't beaten 105kg in a while, will soon)
Dumbell shoulder press: 55kg (stuck on this one for a while since there are no 30kg dumbells at my gym).

Re: hello
what is your bodyweight and how long have you been training?
85-86kg, probably down to 83-84 now, I'm still retaining some fluids because of the creatine(stopped taking it today). I've only taken 2-3 weeks off in the past 7 months, about as consistent as I've ever trained. I've been going at it for 2.5 years, but this last year = a lot of my progress.
