ive heard that you cant sample a movie in a song and charge money for the song, ive also heard that you can sample as much as you want, and ive also
heard that you can only sample up to 7 minutes.
anybody know much about this?

i have always heard it was up to 7 minutes(I think), without having to pay royalties, or notify the copyright holders
