of course it's a topnotch performance, HELLO this is MORBID ANGEL!

but I miss the magic, the fury from the old days!

I know they got older and everything, but still...

Trey looks bored, Destructhor (stupid nickname, so lame!) has NO stagepresence at all, david seems to have a good time, but looks so ridiculous sometimes.

only tim is simply unbelievable...awesome!

pete is and will always be the king, but tim's drumming is the ONLY thing that keeps my hopes up for a good J-album....but I stick to all my statements before regarding this phase of morbid angel and its current line up: IT SUCKS!!!

I think the root of the problem isn't in the line up so much. More that they shouldn't have waited 8 years twiddling their thumbs and touring so much to tell everyone the old line up is back. They should have at some point in around 2005 said "right it's album time, lets make a blinder".



In short: They (particularly Trey) disrupted the natural flow of albums they had going and the creative direction he was going in.
