Since when have laws deterred crime? Laws are the easy way out for solving societal problems. For example, if there's a lot of theft in one area as well as a lot of poverty, one can assume that people are stealing because they're poor. Having the vice squad arrest the thieves won't reduce the crime rate, since once they're out they and others will continue to steal to live. Instead of throwing laws and vice squad at problems, there needs to be more of an effort to improve conditions and eliminate the cause of the theft.

In America the Federal Reserve is private. Individual private bankers can't print money (obviously) but the fed can. They decide a trillion will help the economy boom they can print a trillion doesn't matter if it'll cause inflation or not.
