Right? That was my reaction. I was like most people would be drinking 70 - 100 ounces and living in the bathroom.

what does that even mean? first, that much water over what time period? otherwise it doesnt even mean anything. i presume you mean over a day. second, what does "half our body weight in ounces" mean? do you mean that the number of pounds someone weighs is twice the number of ounces of water they should drink in a day

Most of us do not drink enough water and headaches are from that, plus summer in the northern hemisphere means that is more of a problem.
