moving from a garbage disposal back to the dumpster but it’s an improvement nonetheless

nah, people haven't tired of CoD at all. some people have, sure, but black ops was the best selling entry in the series and easily one of the best selling videogames period (at least in terms of total number of copies sold).

the actual explanation for that photo is probably one was taken at peak hours, and the other at the very end/beginning of the day

i think battlefield BC2 was supposed to be the big CoD-killer, and that's sold something like 9M copies. black ops alone has done more than twice that, so it seems unlikely that CoD is going to be dethroned just yet :redneck:

granted, i think it is losing momentum and will likely see a decline in popularity, but it's not nearly as dead as a lot of people would like it to be.

I don't think BF3 will be a COD killer, but it will be the best in class on PC. It is my understanding that since COD4, the COD experience has become less and less playable on a PC.

the only major playability complaint i can think of about the PC versions were a lack of built-in dedicated server in MW2, but i believe there was a workaround for that pretty early on. i'll grant there might be some other factor i'm not thinking of since i never paid much attention to the PC version, but i can't recall anything else off the top of my head.

It is my understanding that Black Ops suffers from horrendous multiplayer lag issues. A fellating lover of mine with a good rig and internet connection hesitates even to play zombies because of how bad it is.
