My brother has one. It is a good guitar. neckthru, original floyd and original duncans. Nice neck.



The decline of Jackson after the Fender take over is a myth. The same people that were building before the takeover are building them now. In fact, without the takeover they would probably not be around anymore. There were some cuts in options and they streamlined some stuff.

True, they have ventured further into the lower end market but anything above the 30, 32, 3 and XT series (the cheaper bolt ons) are ok. The MG and pro series are good guitars.



Fender lets the companies they buy do their own thing: Gretsch, guild, jackson. Instead of killing them off like Gibson did with for example tobias. There all always people who claim the "older" products were better, but a lot of it is (internet) hear say..
