Those you mentioned is definatly nice, and E is probably every sologuitarist favourite key (Or at least the one most guitarists is comfortable with). It's also very funny to cross diffrent keys, I like to cross Eb / C# and then high it up to F# / A.

I like me some C# minor, and I really like F# minor because you can play solos low on the neck.
