I don't know what they're doing these days, but there seems to be a large number of fugly guitars going around. Post pictures of them here, so we can all laugh derisively at them.

those are all fucking ugly indeed

that last one is the BC Rich "Draco"... I've always tried just to ignore that hidious thing in their catalog.



I used to think telecasters are very ugly, but somehow I got used to the shape and they look pretty good imo.

the fender ones play great and sound great. although I still don't like their gay shaped headstock

my telecaster rules.

its a personal taste obviously, I have owned the first two shapes in that list. But I like less flashy shapes now.

I've never been a fan of the SG shape, it looks like a Fisher Price toy.

I like Teles, but as said, their head is gay

Those Dimebag-shaped (basically the Dean XL shape itself and Dime's) guitars. I love Dimebag and Pantera as much as the next hard-on bearer but goddamn Dimebag's guitars somehow look very unpleasant to my eyes. And yes, I'd rather take a B.C. Rich Beast over a Dimebag guitar.



The reigning champion of pure guitars for me is still this one though.



Mayhaps Gibson tried to jump on the spoof/pun/parody bandwagon on this one and utterly failed.

that black Les Paul-like LTD looks badass and if I could afford it I'd buy it right away

I can't understand how Ibanez let him have that done.

maybe because he's one of the most important kinda promoter for ibanez.. beside this ugly mistakes he developed together with them these awesome universes and some other neat devices !

serious question: did the hard-on bearer from vadim von design these? i'm pretty sure there is a dude named ikon in that band. these are definiely hideous enough to fit their whole, 15-year-old-metalhead-just-discovered-photoshop-version-3 aesthetic. plus i think they use that same font somewhere, too.
