I've been after one of these for ages, it's about the only signature guitar I'd feel happy playing 'cos I have this thing about guitars with other peoples' names on them (like, I'd love to get an Iceman but I don't want one with PAUL STANLEY in caps on the top fret).

Also, I have genuflected before the Iron Throne of Sabbath since I was like 12 (i.e. 1979, I'm old as fuck ) so getting this just feels special. I spent hours back in the day geeking over the becrossed SG Tony was wielding in the pics on the 'Live Evil' gatefold, and now it will be mine

And here's what those useless fucking pieces of shit at Hermes did to it: one ruined guitar.

A decent luthier should be able to fix this though.

Even if they have renamed themselves to 'Evri' to try and escape the bad press...

so what happened, did you get any kind of refund/settlement?

Oh yeah, I got a full refund...but it's no substitute for having that guitar :(
