The tone on Psycroptic's "Scepter of the Ancients".

Really dig the gritty sound of the guitars on FFtF as well.

My all-time favorite guitar solo is that song's solo.

That being said, my all-time favorite guitar tone is probably on Metallica's Justice album. Of course, everyone's ranting how that record's sound sucks because of the absence of bass but it's about that heavily distorted guitar tone which really does it for me.

A close second would probably be the guitar tone of Testament's The Gathering record.
