and then throw that away and use free stuff like LePou and impulses.

GuitarRig and Amplitude are both good.



I haven't messed with the Impulse stuff but I've heard of people mixing them with GuitarRig and Amplitude.

Not anymore. I use GTR by Waves nowadays. Amplitube 3 is also very good.

I use guitar rig 5, amplitube 3 and overloud th2.

I've used stuff like this, they sound good, but doesn't do fuzz very well

I use it the Guitar Rig 5. I'm not an audiophile by any means but it sounds clearer and better than Amplitube 3 for me. I use gratifier, van 51 and lead 800 the most.



I use my cheapo China-made black USB guitar link for this.

some folks i know just did an album all with that shit & it sounds huge (get the right mixer & masterer and it fucking neat!)

use the FX and Amp heads from GR or Amp3
