Everybody has at least one. When you pick up or are given a guitar, you always play the same things.
WHAT ARE THOSE THINGS?!
Mine are Trespass by The Haunted, Adjusting the Sun by Hypocrisy, Ryu's Theme and This is Halloween from Nightmare Before Christmas

The Shortest Straw, Inner Self, Ashes In Your Mouth, Tease Me Please Me. Not really the entire songs themselves but a riff or two from those tunes just to get my hands in the mood. Nowadays, I'd throw in some Blood Red and Fabulous Disaster as well.

HAha, mine is the middle part of Emperor's "The Loss And Curse of Reverence". I always need to play Ihsahn's part and then Samoth's.
Next to that, a bit of Neurosis.
