A former bandmate had that guitar, it was pretty from the brief experience I had playing it.

ive never played a baritone so it takes some getting used to the scale.

Yeah, it's a little strange to begin with. The weirdest part was playing it with a strap, as the previously mentioned bandmate is only 5'5 and weighs pretty much nothing. When I put it on, the headstock was about a foot above my head

yeah it is awkward for me ( i am short aswell) i have my straps pretty low, like a cowboy

Try wearing it higher. I played very technical metal, and while it looked geeky, it made difficult riffs easier to play.(In my avatar I'm playing a 7-string BC Rich Beast--that's a lot of wood to wear up high!) Yours looks like a great guitar.

How about using those elastic straps like Devy and "that hard-on bearer who wears chicken wing bucket as a hat" does?

Imagine plugging that in a...say...a triple recto.

Id rather plug it into something that would sound good

i like those mesas, but they're waaaaay too expensive

Very true. Between those two, I prefer Engl. My Bogner Uberschall was most fruital, too. If I could have afforded it, I would have played through both a Bogner and an Engl, as they complement each other perfectly: the Bogner has a more growling bass/lower mids, while the Engl has a better upper mid and high region. Combined, the sound would be fucking insane!

Hmm I've been hearing nothing but win stuff from ENGL as well. Gary Holt swears by them now and judging from the guitar tone of the last few Exodus records, I say

yeah, something like that. im pretty sure this wasnt a production model like bison said. he had a couple of esp telecasters aswell
