hmm never heard of a 7640 only the 7620 and 7420, that being said. Ebay, thats where i got my black and green pick guard for my 7620 :redneck:

Custom made items are usually priced fairly high.

It's a little more than 31 euros. That is a very fair price for a custom guard. If you know cheaper sites please enlighten me as mose custom guard sites charge way more.

You can always buy a blank and cut it yourself. But beveling it evenly is a bitch.

Beveling is what's kept me from doing that in the past. :homework:

Did it once.. not going there again. Came out well but took me forever.
