I wonder how tired this hard-on bearer got while trying to play this song.. I don't even understand how he is picking like that, using his whole fucking arm, what a huge waste of energy.

Yeah it's fairly bad, can't say my technique is that much better to be fair, but he's over picking a heck of alot.

The part where he does the 'doublets' as it states, his arm looks locked up tighter than a nun's cunt. These things are easy as fuck to do, you don't need to attack the strings like that.

no doubt, you can get a really chunky sound without much effort with the right technique, no reason to tense up at all.

His wrist is solid like a piece of 2x4. Almost everything I do on tr00ms or guitar is in the wrist so I dunno. He should stop that.

indeed, he needs to use his wrist a lot more, not just his forearm which can cause too much stress on your muscles. Also fucks with the feeling and sound of your playing

have you guys ever seen jeff hanemen of slayer play? he's even worse, but i saw him play live and he thrashed the hole way. i'm the same way cause i just can't get my wrist and fingers to move that fast. trey is quite possibly the greatest at it.

I think where people go wrong is by sticking to one position/technique.If you use several different methods nothing is hard to play rythem wise.
