He was once the guitarist for the over-rated, pasty faced goon in question, but he's since released four albums of instrumental guitar music which are hugely pleasing to my ears.

I can't find the video I want but yeah, I think he's pretty awesome. He isn't the most technical hard-on bearer when he's playing more metal riffs, in fact they do sound a little bit like Marilyn Manson riffs in places. When he's soloing or playing bluegrass stuff though :::::::::::::::

John 5 is a great guitarist, the MM stuff was really interesting but ever since he left that band I think his career has taken off. I enjoy his mix of weird bluegrass, shred, and metal.
